Again lots of fixes. The package is now just all bundled in the vdb release. vtrace
is still supported stand-alone, but I have a hard enough time cutting releases of one
product... The new updates to vtrace include win32 handle enumeration, and a whole
host of usability/features to vdb...

Lots of fixes etc. Linux threading now uses the glibc provided NPTL hooking interface
to give real-time thread creation events! Additionally, the call() API is now working
properly for the intel architecture. Based on proper call() implementation, win32 now
supports trace.injectso() (cause it just calls LoadLibraryA). Added a LICENSE and
some copyright infoz so some folks can bundle it into things... Still gotta make
the BHL (Black Hat License ;) ). Symbols are now casted with long() rather than int()
to account for eventually working on 64 bit linux properly again...
Oh yea... and this is the first release to have beta support for Watchpoints which are
break-on-access points... I implemented a "print something every time anybody sets errno"
watchpoint and it seems to be working...

This release should fix the recently introduced linux bugs that came from when
I refactored the thread handling for linux. Thanks altas/docbrown for noticing ;)
(Also, I promise the next one will actually have a license so you can bundle it
in stuff doc)
